We service the meters we sell. If your glucometer is acting up or you doubt its accuracy, bring it to the shop or call us first.
What we help with
Accuracy checks with control solution, battery replacement, set-up and how-to guidance. We do our best to resolve any issue with every glucometer we have sold.
Warranty
Every device comes with a manufacturer warranty. If you bought the meter from us, we handle the warranty service — checking, repairing or replacing it within the warranty terms.
How it works
Call 599 19 60 55 or bring the device to M. Lebanidze 4, Tbilisi, Georgia, Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00. We will assess it and tell you what can be done.
